I’m living in an old house in Leixlip which has had a complete electrical rewire around 15 years ago.
Over recent months I’ve had a few problems with sockets around the house tripping out the fuse board and an electric shower that was acting up. Assuming that the fuse board issue would be a costly undertaking and that I might need a new electric shower, I put these issues to the end of a long to do list. After eventually deciding to get it sorted I called Brian from Appin. He arrived out to the house at 7 o’ clock that evening as agreed. I had assumed that he would take a look and arrange a date to come back with new parts etc. To my relief the electric shower did not need to be replaced and the problem with the fuse board tripping out was some loose wiring behind a couple of sockets in the kitchen. Fixed both problems there and then and also fixed the security lights outside. Don’t know why I didn’t call sooner!
