There has been a great reaction to our new website. This week we fitted a set of BFT articulated arms to steel gates on a private house near Rathangan County Kildare. Originally there were hydraulic arms fitted. Unfortunately for the customer they were never fitted properly and so only lasted a few years. The seals were all busted causing oil leaks. The oil in the arms is nasty stuff and you don’t want to be handling it. Also the main control panel was never sealed properly and so was home to a diverse range of creatures. Something as simple as not sealing up the components after a job can bring your access system to a standstill.
The client informed me that they contacted three companies for quotes for this job. I am delighted to say that our company was contacted on Friday last week and I was on site late Friday afternoon. The install was started on Tuesday morning and we were all done on Wednesday morning. By this time the other two companies had not got back to the client yet. As with all such jobs I will return to the site within the month to carry out a free service just to make sure everything is 100% and calibrated correctly.
